Just plain tired.

So once again I've decided to try to teach myself to draw.  Let me clarify that: I want to teach myself to draw *better*.  I have the skill (not to toot my own tooting device) but I lack the patience.  I have big books of pinup art, so rather than trying to draw out of my head (which I *always* do even though I know it never looks as good as drawing from a model) I'm trying to *make* myself draw from models; trying to make myself just take a little time with the shading, and pay more attention to anatomy.  I hope you enjoy.

I've noticed that all my previous journal entries seem to have one of two themes: either "I'm hardly ever here so I'm gonna dump my gallery" or "Hey, I'm back after X months".  I'm nothing if not inconsistent.  The thing is, I draw to meditate.  I'm a writer at heart, and visual art is something I do to flex my creative... aw, who am I kidding?  I draw because I like sexy chicks and pinups.  Look at my gallery.  You see any bowls of fruit or old barns?  No.  You see sexy pinup-type girls with little or no clothing, background, or anything else that might distract you from the girl.  I'm not an artist: I'm a horny old goat who has a fetish for
